The 13th International Conference on Intelligent Robotics and Applications (ICIRA2020) is organized by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (Malaysia Chapter) with the theme “CloudRobotics”. The Conference will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from November 05th to 07th, 2020. All accepted and published papers will be indexed by EI.
The conference with a theme on CloudRobotics offers a unique and constructive platform for scientists and engineers throughout the world to present and share their recent research and innovative ideas in the areas of robotics, automation, mechatronics, and applications with integration of Cloud technologies.

Especially, there are many new emerging robotic applications in service, construction, forestry, agriculture, field, search and rescue, underwater tasks, on‐orbital service, and planetary exploration, which will also be the main topics in ICIRA 2020.
